I am originally from Springfield, Missouri and am proud to be a part of the Conway Bear family and community!I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociolgy and a Master of Science degree in School Counseling both from Missouri State University in Springfield. With 10 years of experience working with students, building strong relationships with students and helping them feel safe, understood, and supported at school is at the heart of my work.As Conway's 5th-8th grade counselor, I support students academic, social-emotional, and behavioral growth. My Counseling Focus areas include:
- Friendship skills and peer conflict
- Anxiety, stress, and emotional regulation
-Transitions (elementary to middle school, new students)
- Classroom guidance lessons
- Small-group counseling
